ABOUT THE AUTHOR I. J. SINGH

IJSingh

I.J. Singh was born in Gujranwala (now in Pakistan), and educated at Simla and Amritsar. He came to the United States in 1960 on a Fellowship awarded by the Murry and Leonie Guggeheim Foundation. He was awarded the Ph.D. in Anatomy by the University of Oregon Medical School and a D.D.S. degree by Columbia University. At present, he is Professor of Anatomy at New York University.

I.J. Singh is a frequent contributor to The Sikh Review (Calcutta) and serves on its Editorial Advisory Board.
