As You all know that a number of Sikhs are being attacked for a
mistaken identity. Let us join hands and call, write, fax, email to the US
Media, so that we can clarify as to who are Sikhs - In USA
Muslims don't wear turbans and help the world differentiate.
- You can send an email as it is
easier to do and you can send to a whole lot of them. May be it will be
a good idea to send a fax also as different people look at it and
different people take different action on it.
- Here are some sample letters -
It will be good if you can add a few lines from your own feelings and
that just might make the difference.
- You can start with your neighbors and send them a
sample letter as to who you are ?

relatives and Gurdwara sangat

abuse by ignorant people.
- Please ask the seniors in your
family not go out for walks alone
- While driving please do not cut in

- If you have to travel, please
co-operate with the security
personnel without reacting to extra checks, if any.
- In short, please keep a low profile
for a while and take care.
